To strengthen our growing team, MMBSY is looking for top talent in Public Relations & Influencer Marketing, with a strong network to the Dutch market.

As a PR & Influencer Expert, you will develop and manage the operational plan that elevate brands and create real impact. We’re looking for a digitally savvy professional with 3–5 years of experience who knows how to build and execute strong PR and influencer campaigns, engage target audiences, and generate meaningful (social) media coverage. You are analytical, creative, and highly organised, someone who delivers, on time and with impact.

You will work in close connection with our Antwerp headquarters and collaborate with our Dutch client teams and freelance network, operating across borders as one integrated agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: translate client briefings into actionable PR and Influencer strategies and roadmaps.
  • Storytelling: craft authentic, newsworthy stories that connect brands with their audiences.
  • Execution: manage PR and influencer plans from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Performance: set and track KPIs, report on ROI, and optimise strategies where needed.
  • Relations: build trusted connections with journalists, influencers, and media.
  • Content and events: write press materials and coordinate engaging PR activations.
  • Influencer Collaboration: identify and engage influencers that align with brand goals, managing collaborations to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Negotiate Contract: negotiate contracts with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Plan Execution: develop and manage influencer marketing plans, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: set and track KPIs, reporting on the performance and ROI of influencer campaigns.
  • Budget Management: optimize production budgets and communicate proactively about scope and timing changes

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-3 years of working experience (preferably in a similar agency).
  • Education: degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (when in doubt, feel free to apply!).
  • Skills: strategic, creative, and analytical, with strong writing and project management abilities.
  • Personality: proactive, independent, and deadline-driven; a self-starter who delivers.
  • Expertise: in-depth knowledge of PR and influencer campaign marketing.
  • Languages: fluent in Dutch and English
  • Negotiation Skills: very good negotiation skills to manage influencer agreements and collaborations.
  • Digital Tools: proficiency in digital tools such as Stellar and Teamleader Orbit.
  • Communication: impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write press releases.
  • Project Management: outstanding project management skills with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
