About the role

We’re looking for a medior PR Expert with three to five years of experience to join our Lifestyle Team in Antwerp.
You’ll develop and execute PR strategies that make brands relevant, build strong media relations, and turn insights into powerful storytelling. Analytical, creative, and organised, you know how to deliver; on time and with impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic advisory: translate client challenges into insightful, brand-aligned PR advice and roadmaps.
  • Storytelling: craft authentic, newsworthy stories that connect brands with their audiences.
  • Execution: manage PR plans from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Performance: set and track KPIs, report on ROI, and optimise strategies where needed.
  • Relations: build trusted connections with journalists, influencers, and media.
  • Content and events: write press materials and coordinate engaging PR activations.
  • Crisis & reputation: advise clients on proactive reputation management and handle sensitive issues with care.
  • Collaboration: work with the brand team to ensure cross-channel consistency.

 

Required skills and qualifications

  • Experience: three to five years in PR, preferably agency-side.
  • Education: degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: strategic, creative, and analytical, with strong writing and project management abilities.
  • Personality: proactive, independent, and deadline-driven; a self-starter who delivers.
  • Knowledge: up to date on PR, influencer, and digital trends.
  • Languages: fluent in Dutch; English and/or French is a plus.
