MMBSY Antwerp is looking for new top talent in Account Management to join our team.

As Account Manager and part of the Fashion Team, you combine your commercial expertise with in-depth knowledge of the world of Fashion. You possess valued expertise in PR and Brand Communication and are capable of gathering the right insights that form the basis for strong creative plans.

You are a key link in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. You represent the client and ensure that their needs and goals are understood and advocated within the team. Clients can always count on your proactivity, meaningful advice, and decisive solutions.

As an Account Manager, you are not only responsible for achieving commercial goals, but also for delivering leading-edge and creative work. Your role is crucial in coordinating and driving creativity within the team.

You are an initiator and guardian of leading work, closely collaborating with the team of PR/Social/content-experts and creatives to achieve high-quality results. With your knowledge and expertise of Communication, Brands and Fashion, you challenge and inspire the team while always monitoring the budget. You understand the power of storytelling and know how to apply it in a 360° manner to achieve client objectives.

With your passion for collaboration and fostering creativity, you build a profitable and innovative business. You are a pitch topper and enjoy surprising clients and prospects with strong presentations.

Requirements for this role:


  • The MMBSY Account Manager has a knack for achieving targets and PR
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Account Manager in PR or Content Marketing within the domain of fashion
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Proven track record in developing and pitching innovative story ideas
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French & English, including professional writing abilities
  • Creative, collaborative, and organized, with a knack for balancing multiple assignments
  • Energetic, with high standards and values
  • Commercial talent: you have a proven track record in achieving commercial targets. You are able to qualitatively maximize the commercial potential of clients.
  • Knowledge of marketing and communication objectives: you understand the marketing and communication objectives of clients and can draft clear client briefings that serve as the basis for creative plans.
  • Budgetary skills: you are a wizard in managing budgets and have experience in steering based on gross margins. You can control costs and ensure that projects stay within agreed budgets. Knowledge of/ or willingness to learn Teamleader Orbit is a must.
  • Leadership and management skills: you are a motivating manager and can lead a projectteam of experts and creatives. You are responsible for setting achievable schedules, guiding the projectteam, and achieving objectives.
  • Problem-solving ability: you can quickly and effectively identify and solve problems. You proactively collaborate with clients and the team to provide solutions that meet needs and objectives.
  • Passion for the craft: you have in-depth knowledge of both PR and content products and tactics. You follow the latest developments and trends in the field and can respond to them.
  • Excellent communication skills: you are a strong communicator and can persuasively communicate with clients and stakeholders. You can effectively convey insights and plans and emphasize the importance of creative work.
  • Resilience and multitasking: you can handle stressful situations well and have experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. You can maintain focus and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaboration skills: you are passionate about collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and can transfer knowledge and foster creativity. You can effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
